Our Mission to Prevent Atrocities
The Community of Practice Against Mass Atrocities is a vibrant network committed to preventing and responding to mass atrocities in Nigeria. Our mission is to foster a culture of prevention, accountability, and resilience by bringing together civil society organizations, academics, legal practitioners, policymakers, and community leaders. We aim to uphold human dignity and prevent the gravest of crimes through collective action and informed strategies. Our objectives include knowledge sharing, capacity building, advocacy, networking, and research, all aimed at safeguarding human lives and promoting a just and peaceful society.
